Dewey’s Auto Body recently became an approved participant in the CertifiedFirst Network of quality-rated auto body repair centers. This means that Dewey’s Auto Body is now authorized to display the designation of the CertifiedFirst Network and offer motorists the added confidence that comes with independent, third party verification of quality standards.
To be eligible, Dewey’s Auto Body had to demonstrate high levels of customer satisfaction as measured by Customer Research, Inc., utilizing a methodology developed specifically for auto body repair. In addition, auditors from Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) inspected Dewey’s Auto Body and determined that it met or exceeded the Network’s standards for repair equipment, technician training and facilities.
As approved participants in the CertifiedFirst Network, Dewey’s Auto Body offers its own workmanship warranty and a Lifetime Paint Performance Guarantee using products that have earned the coveted Good Housekeeping Seal. These factors - and more - give customers an extra measure of confidence when searching for quality repair work.
